Unpurified PCR products may be submitted in full-skirted
96-well PCR plates such as ABgene #AB-0800. All samples should have a total
volume of 50ul in water. Sequencing primers must be provided by the client
in a standard 1.5ml microtube according to the specifications listed below.
The client may provide as many as two primers per plate being purified.
The first primer will be used in a sequencing reaction included in the cost
of the PCRClean service. Please note that if a second primer is submitted
it will need a separate requisition sheet for “Big Dye, Purification,
& Analysis”. You will not be billed for a second PCRClean if the
source template has it’s own requisition.

Bacterial Culture Pellets may be submitted in 96-deepwell
culture blocks (ABgene #DW9611) or a 1.2ml tube cluster rack (ABgene #T1000R).
Samples should be prepared from 800ul 2YT culture, spun to a pellet and dried.
Sequencing primers must be provided by the client in a standard 1.5ml
microtube according to the specifications listed below. *The client may
provide as many as two primers per plate being purified. The first primer
will be used in a sequencing reaction included in the cost of the MiniPrep
service. Please note that if a second primer is submitted it will need a
separate requisition sheet for “Big Dye, Purification, &
Analysis”. You will not be billed for a second MiniPrep if the
source template has it’s own requisition.

Purified PCR products and plasmids may be submitted in bulk using either
a 0.5ml tube rack or a PE style half-skirt 96-well
sequencing plate (ABgene #T0296PE). Sequencing primers must be included in
each tube for orders requesting Big Dye reactions. Clients have the option
of choosing all or part of these services depending on their needs. Please
see the conditions listed below for proper volumes.
